Accounting Lecturer
Location:
IBC College, Papashane Street, Sea‑Point, Maseru
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver lectures for assigned subjects and prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
• Maintain student attendance and classroom discipline
• Assist with timetable development
• Attend to student academic matters and report concerns to the Head of Department
• Produce weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure safety within the learning environment
• Perform any other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• A teaching qualification will be an added advantage
Experience
• At least one year of practical accounting experience or teaching experience will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of core accounting subjects and ability to teach undergraduate‑level courses
