Position Title: Accountant
Location: Maseru
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of accounts and tax returns
- Auditing financial records and systems
- Analysis of profits, costs, and operational trends
- Compilation and presentation of budgets, reports, financial statements, and business plans
- Evaluation and review of business plans
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis
- Advising management using financial data insights
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
Required Skills & Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving ability
- Proven time management and task prioritization
- Knowledge of systems analysis and critical thinking methodologies
Remuneration
