Position: Accountant
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess one of the following:
- CAT/ACCA
- Certificate in Business Accounting/CIMA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Knowledge of PASTEL accounting software will be an added advantage
Note: The applicant must be an active member of the Lesotho Evangelical Church in Southern Africa’s Youth Guild
Responsibilities / Duties
- Prepare general ledger postings, bank postings, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns
- Prepare detailed financial statements
- Assist and provide information for audit purposes
- Maintain accounts receivables and payables
- Maintain the Assets Register
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the senior within the work environment
