POSITION: ACCOUNTANT

– Ability to review key financial information such as control and suspense accounts, identify issues and resolve them

Responsibilities
To oversee all financial data and compliance by maintain accurate books on account payable and receivable, and daily financial entries and reconcmatos
– Full Debtors & Creditors
– Bank Reconciliations
– Ful bookkeeping function
– Statutory reporting
– File monthily VAT and PAYE Submissions
– Managing ageing of all creditors, ensure timely payment
– Prepare relevant information and data for reporting purposes as required
– Preparation for audit requitements and liaison with auditor
Qualification Requirements
– A completed bachelors Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
– Accounting software experience preferable SAP and/or Sage One and Pastel
– Must have 2-3 years’ work experience
– Knowledge of generally Accepted Accounting Principles and procedures
