Goldwagen Maseru is looking for interested candidates to fill the following positions;
Accountant
Responsibilities:
- To Oversee all financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, and Financial entry and Reconciliation
-Full Debtor and Creditors - Bank reconciliation
- Full Bookkeeping functions
- Statutory reporting
- File monthly VAT and PAYE Submissions
- Manage ageing of all creditor, ensure timely payment
- Prepare relevant information and data for reporting purposes as required
- Preparation for audit requirements and liaison with auditor
Qualifications requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting software experience preferably in SAP and/or Sage One and Pastel
- Must have 2-3 years’ working experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Procedures
Personal Attributes:
- Strong work ethic
- Strong data capturing skills
- Ability to view key financial information such as control and suspense accounts, identify issues and resolve them
- Team oriented and good social skills
- Strong (English) verbal and written communication skills
- High level of commitment and initiative
