About the Role:
Compuscan CRB Lesotho, recently acquired by Experian, an international credit bureau, and with operations in 8 countries across the African Continent, has a position available for an Account Manager based in Maseru, Lesotho. The ideal person will be someone that has good understanding of consumer credit, has prior experience in installing, supporting and training users of IT based software systems or similar, with strong and proven sales experience/ability. Examples include; accounting systems, on-line banking systems, school education software systems, stock management systems, debit order / payroll deduction software and similar solutions.
Key Responsibilities/Outputs:
- To generate and maintain the growth curve of Experian
- Identify areas of where Experian has the opportunity to cross and up sell
- Create awareness of Experian’s products and how to utilise them correctly
- Ensure superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients
- Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client / company relationship
- Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core and value added solutions
- Administration including regular reporting

Qualifications and Experience:
- School leaving Certificate
- Lesotho citizen
- Tertiary Qualifications – Diploma/Degree in computing and financial disciplines
- 2- 3 years technical installation, troubleshooting, training and system support experience
- 1-2 years external sales experience (preferably in a financial service oriented business)
- Proven track record of sales targets met and exceeded
- Computer Certificate (or similar qualification) would be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic IT troubleshooting
- Experience in installing software
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Sesotho
- Prepared to travel extensively across Lesotho, must have own transport
The package will include a basic salary, travel allowance and will be earning commission.
