Description

Role Purpose

To improve service delivery, build healthier relationships and customer experience for the Small and Medium Enterprise market.

Key Deliverables

  • Establish and manage relationships with the Small & Medium Enterprise segment through sales engagements
  • Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions by adopting the Vodafone Way of Selling
  • Provide market insight and feedback to the company on service requirements and solutions to address these
  • Develop a sales strategy for the Small & Medium base that is aligned to the company strategy
  • Expand and manage relationships on the m-pesa bulk payment
  • Improve and maintain Vodacom’s reputation as the service provider of choice for the Small & Medium Enterprise segment

  • Analytical and decisive problem solving abilities,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications and Experience

  • A B. Comm Business Management or B. Comm Marketing and Management Science or Bachelors of Business Administration Degree.
  • 3 years relevant experience (Sales, Customer Service Operations).
  • Telecommunications experience would be an added advantage
