The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Account Executive at 3M Medical Solutions Division for Pietermaritzburg and Northern KZN (Escourt, Ladysmith, Newcastle, Vryheid), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading patient focus and best patient outcomes
- Implementing advanced wound and NWPT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) to better patient health.
- Determining sales targets and going the extra mile
- Supporting PNP’s and Surgeons with patient focus, and theatre.
- Willingness to be on-call and always available for bets practice and patient outcome
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Medical field, BSc, Medical Technology
- Experience in Medical market
- Former positions as Medical Sales Representative in the Wound Care/ Medical device industry
- Theater experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- Administration skills
- Strategic thinking and implementation
- Strong administrative skills and funder knowledge
- Private sector experience and in-depth knowledge
- Ability to educate staff and patients
- Great verbal and writing skills
- Capability to understand customers’ needs
