The Enbrel Nurse is primarily required to act as an ambassador for Pfizer by providing the required service to Patients & relevant Rheumatology and Dermatology practices and to promote the Pfizer image and values of the organization.
Performance Outputs
- Following strict protocols in the process of assisting patients
- Patient support and education in the private and public sector
- Home visits – assisting patients with injection techniques
- Assist patients in timeous access to their medication through accurate process management and communication to all relevant service providers
- Customer relationship building:
- Customized support tailored to suit each practice’s needs, and thorough knowledge of systems and procedures per practice
- Attending trainings, local meetings and relevant patient days in accordance with each regional requirement.
- Adherence to all procedures & protocols as well as expectations of patient database – CEP (Customer engagement Programme) to ensure smooth running of the patient programme
- Develop comprehensive working knowledge Courier Pharmacies and other stakeholders
- Individual to demonstrates knowledge and understanding of current health issues and trends in the pharmaceutical environment and the implications for the Pfizer business
- Ensuring patient confidentiality at all times in keeping with the act
Reporting Structure
Reporting to: PBG CM (Category Manager) , but working in close collaboration with the respective regional Senior Enbrel Representative ensuring ‘Patients First’ protocols at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Nursing Sister, currently registered with the Nursing Council of South Africa
- A valid driver’s license and trustworthy vehicle
- Proficient in written and spoken English
