We are currently looking for Abuse Administrator to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
As an Abuse Administrator you will be responsible for the management of abuse functions within Internet Solutions.
What you’ll be doing
What we expect you to do
- Process and correlate all abuse complaints electronically.
- Facilitate compliance with legal-related requests and enquires.
- Escalate or refer abuse issues to relevant customers or management.
- Co-coordinating with internal teams and customers.
- Management reporting
- Ensure client satisfaction
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here’s what we are looking for in candidates for this job
- 2 years’ experience in a networking or support environment.
- Helpdesk experience would also be an advantage.
- General knowledge of Networking
- General knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- S+ and N+ will be beneficial
