The objective this International Architectural Competition is to identify and reward an integrated development proposal for the of the 4th Quadrant of Victory Square. The winning project is expected to finally complete the urban structure of the area with in accordance to the original master plan of Dejvice and address all the contemporary requirements for a multifunctional development of the highest environmental standards, creating a place for vibrant social, economic and cultural life of Prague 6.

The Competition is organised in cooperation between the major owners of the site – the Fourth Quadrant company and the University of Chemical Technology in Prague – and the City of Prague, the Prague 6 Municipal District and the Prague Institute of Planning and Development.
