The competition is also open to art directors, graphic designers, educators, students, recent graduates, editors, publishers in all countries for commissioned, non-commissioned and personal work produced or published between March 2022 and the regular show deadline, 31 March 2023.
Best of Show winners receive $1,500 and all Gold medal winners receive $750. Prizes will total over $9,000. All Best of Show, medalists and distinguished merit winners will be exhibited in a pop-up gallery in New York City.
Best of Show and Gold medal winners receive a 3×3×3-inch cube. All other medal and merit winners are offered a free an embossed certificate. Honorable Mentions receive a printable certificate.
3×3 Magazine is looking for fresh ideas that enlarge the scope of illustration, images that engage us, that make us think, that make us appreciate more fully the craft of illustration. It celebrates those image-makers that are either on the brink of greatness or those who continue to prove themselves year after year.
The 3×3 International Illustration Awards Show is considered to be one of the top three international shows for illustration.
3×3 International Illustration Show No. 20 – Entry Fees
Entry fees start at $15 (US) and vary depending on the Show entered and the type of work submitted.
Entries uploaded after 31 March 2023 will be assessed a $10 per entry late fee.
