The Award aims at encouraging and rewarding all the publishing agencies and individuals who devote themselves to the creations of Picture Book. It also tries to explore talents and awesome works from China and abroad as well as creating more opportunities for the international exchange and cooperation among publishers, picture book authors and illustrators.
For the 3rd Little Hakka International Picture Book Award competition, the organizers offer a total of $36,800 in prizes. All shortlisted entries, including the winner’s works, will be exhibited. Winners will also get certificates.
Entries are accepted in the following three main categories:
- Professional Group
- Children’s Group
- Theme Group
Participation is open to all publishing agencies, corporations or individuals.
Your entry should be created or first published between January 2015 and August 2018 in any country or region with unlimited quantity.
Each entry should include at least 10 images.
The Little Hakka International Picture Book Award competition is organized by Shenzhen OCT Culture Group CO.,Ltd and Hiiibrand, under the guidance of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Administration of Shenzhen Municipality and Women’s Federation, Shenzhen.
