Botha-Bothe District Council Procurement Unit hereby invites tenders from interested locally registered and experienced companies for SUPPLY OF TYRES. Tenders are also invited from interested, suitable and locally registered companies for the SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL FOR BOTH BOTHE DISTRICT COUNCIL.
Tender documents are obtainable at Botha Bothe District Council’s Procurement unit upon request at [email protected]. A nonrefundable participation fee of M2 000.00 (Two thousand maloti only) CASH for tenders for supply of tyres and M2 000.00 (Two thousand maloti only] CASH for supply of construction material shall be paid to Botha Bothe Urban Council accounts division between 9am and 3pm.

- Valid Business Identity Card and certificate of Business Name
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration certificate where applicable
- Certificate of incorporation for private companies
- Bid security 2%
- Receipt of participation fee
Please note there will be a compulsory site visit (for supply of tyres) on Thursday, 2nd November 2023 and all interested bidders are expected to assemble at 10:00am at DR offices near St Cyprians High School/ Home Affairs offices.
Sealed bids of one original and four copies of the bid document clearly marked: CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL and TYRES for supply of construction material and supply of tyres respectively, bearing no identification of the bidder or of any company, be deposited in the tender box situated at Botha-Bothe District Council offices (reception area), old LSPP offices opposite Lesotho Correctional offices on or before 11-00am on the 16th November 2023, tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:15am, late bids will not be accepted.

Botha Bothe District Council reserves the right to cancel the invitation before the submission or opening of proposals, postpone the proposal submission/opening date and to accept or reject any or all proposals at any time prior to the award of contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or any obligation to inform the affected bidder of the grounds for Botha- Bothe- District Council’s action.
