2023 LETŠENG DIAMONDS SCHOLARSHIPS
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIPS: Letšeng Diamond Mine, a producer and marketer of world-class diamonds offers full scholarships every year to students currently studying or are interested in studying for tertiary qualifications. The scholarships are offered in courses that relate to the development of Lesotho’s natural resources. Through the all-inclusive scholarship and internship programmes, Letšeng produces and nurtures the future captains of Lesotho’s mining industry.
FIELDS OF STUDY: Applications are invited in the 2023 academic year for sponsorship in the following fields of study at undergraduate and postgraduate levels:
Undergraduate
Artisan (Millwright/Mechanic)
Occupational Hygiene
Postgraduate
Geology/Geotech
Mining Engineering
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Applicants must:
Be Lesotho nationals
Be 25 years or less for undergraduate and 30 years or less for postgraduate
The award of the scholarship is further subject to candidates having obtained admission at the recognised tertiary institutions
APPLICATION PROCESS: Applications must be on the standard form which must be downloaded from the Letšeng Diamonds website at www.letsengdiamonds.co.ls. Applications must be submitted via email to [email protected] on or before the stipulated closing date.
