It is the duty of Digital Risk, to assist our Clients in providing the best possible service for our clients by building long‐lasting and professional relationships. The Appraisal Analyst test the acceptability of valuation products, based on client needs and appraisal requirements.
Essential Job Functions
The Appraisal Analyst will determine the standard and completeness of various valuation products. The Appraisal Analyst maintains the quality and accuracy of these products based on defined criteria, which may include:
- Review Appraisals or Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) based on Client requirements.
- Verify completeness for various valuation products (including working off of a DRVS checklist).
- Depending on client, resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare timely, detailed reports identifying issues and areas of concern.
- Substantiate findings with data and summaries. Provide recommendations and action items for tactical and/or strategic solutions to facilitate change.
- Perform real estate property and data research as indicated by the scope provided by DRVS.
Requirements

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous or current Registered Real Estate Trainee Appraiser, Real Estate Agent/Broker or Underwriter is a plus
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to adapt to change and Client scopes
- Appraisal review experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to analyze data, draws sound conclusions, and summarizes results
- Previous or current Registered Real Estate Trainee Appraiser or Real Estate Agent/Broker is a plus
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
