Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment

The Road Fund was established by Legal Notice No.179 of 1995 and operationalised by the Finance (Road Fund) Regulations 2012, with the primary objective of providing a mechanism for progressive transformation of road sector, whereby the fiscal burden for maintenance of roads is gradually shifted from the government to the users of public roads.

Road Fund invites proposals from reputable companies for the “Tender for supply and delivery of ICT equipment”.

Detailed Specification documents must be collected from the Procurement Office of the Road Fund.

All bidders are expected to adhere to the following requirements:
1. Bidders should be compliant with their tax obligations, hence a valid copy of the company’s Tax Clearance certified at source must be submitted; 
2. A copy of a valid Traders License, which is certified at source must be submitted; 
3. They should indicate delivery time of the equipment from the time of receiving the official order.

Sealed bids clearly marked “Tender for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment” bearing the identification of the bidding company should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of the Road Fund Offices on or before the 17th May 2019 before or at 13.00hrs, along with a bank guaranteed cheque for bid security.

All bids shall be opened on the same day at 14.00hrs (17th May 2019) at the Road Fund Boardroom, bidders are expected to attend the opening.

A compulsory briefing session shall be held at the Road Fund Boardroom on the 2nd May 2019 at 10.00hrs.
