Sales Manager – Maseru at Metropolitan Lesotho

An opportunity exists to join this Investor in People Company in the above capacity. Metropolitan Lesotho is a wholly owned subsidiary of MMI holdings, a company registered on the Johannesburg stock exchange. We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individuals to be part of the Sales and Distribution team as a Sales Manager. The incumbents will report directly to Regional Manager – South.

Key Performance Areas:
 Manage In Service Negative balances and out of Service losses

 Section production target

 Productive consultants Commission Per Month and Conservation

 Manage conservation and Not Taken Up Policies (NTU’s)

 Consultants training and development

 Retention and turnover of consultants

 Performance evaluation

 Ensure consultants deal with clients enquiries and needs promptly and efficiently according to company standards.

 Ensure consultants conduct needs analysis for every client in accordance with company procedures

 Ensure consultants deal with clients in a knowledgeable, competent and professional manner in accordance with company procedures.

 Build relationships with clients and promote company service to create further sales opportunities and to increase the market share.

 Participate in joint field work with consultants.

Qualification and Experience: Degree in Sales and Marketing/ Business Management PLUS 5 years’ experience in the field of sales or marketing; and OR Degree in Financial Management PLUS 5 years’ experience in sales or marketing administration.

Technical and Behavioural Competencies: Computer Literacy, Client centricity; Attention to detail; Communication skills; Ethical; Analytical skills.
