The Programme Analyst works collaboratively with the programme team as well as consultants, advisors, and experts and establishes and maintains relationships with counterparts in government, multi-lateral and bilateral donor agencies and civil society to address emerging issues. S/he must effectively influence counterparts from diverse backgrounds to contribute to achieving UNFPA’s mandate.

Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in Sociology, Social health, population studies, public health and/or other related social science field.
Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 5 years’ professional experience at the national or international level in implementing Gender Equality and Women Empowerment programs
- Work experience with women’s Group and Organizations is an added advantage
- Excellent skills in computer/information systems
