Requires the services of a Head Chef. Dealing with the public and providing customer service is an integral part of this job. The candidate should possess the following skills and traits:
- Excellent Communication and inter-personal skills, patience, flexibility , innovation as well as a friendly nature;
- Competence in either of the following point of sale systems; Pilot or Micros;
- Post high school qualification in Culinary Studies.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience of working in a world class restaurant. This working experience shall be key.
