The Government of Lesotho through the Lesotho Millennium Development Agency (LMDA) is looking for highly qualified professionals with specialized skills to support the Health Facilities Maintenance Programme. Administration Officer – General


 JOB SUMMARY
To provide administration support services to LMDA staff, inter alia: monitoring of utilities’ usage, purchasing, stores and supplies’ management, and supervision of office cleaning services.


 KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
KPA 1: Implement stores and supplies management system
KPA 2: Ensure timely purchasing
KPA 3: Supervise office cleaning services
KPA 4: Provide legal logistical support
KPA 5: Monitor utilities usage
KPA 5: Prepare reports on regular basis


 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises a Receptionist.


 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution; and 5 years’ experience in administering office of not less than 50 persons; 5 years’ experience in office supplies purchases and store management; and 3 years’ experience using donor procurement procedures.


 COMPUTER SKILLS:
The incumbent should be proficient in usage of Microsoft Office applications; and Inventory and asset management systems.


 CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
The incumbent must have at least two (2) years valid drivers’ licence. Experience of driving in the highlands or defensive driving certificate will be an added advantage.
